Call for Bids on Video Conferencing Equipment Notice is hereby given that Southeast Service Cooperative (SSC) is accepting sealed bids for video conferencing equipment on behalf of the following Minnesota K-12 educational institutions: Southland Public Schools, Byron Public Schools, Blooming Prairie Public Schools, Glenville-Emmons Public Schools, Grand Meadow Public Schools, Hayfield Public Schools, Fillmore Central Public Schools, Kingsland Public Schools, LeRoy-Ostrander Public Schools, Lyle Public Schools, Cannon Falls Public Schools, Lanesboro Public Schools, Lewiston-Altura Public Schools, Pine Island Public Schools, Wabasha-Kellogg Public Schools, Houston Public Schools, Caledonia Public Schools, Spring Grove Public Schools and SSC. This project is being funded by a federal Rural Utilities (RUS) grant program. Conformity with the specifications and terms shall be imposed. Sealed bids must be received at Southeast Service Cooperative, 210 Wood Lake Dr SE, Rochester, Minnesota 55904 prior to 3:00pm on Monday, February 22, 2010. Bids will be opened after 3:00pm on February 22, 2010 at the above location. The selected bid will be awarded based on multiple criteria including price. Only one vendor will be awarded for the entire bid. SSC reserves the right to reject all bids.
